Es fällt mir auf, dass es schon sehr spät ist.

(It strikes me, that it already very late is.)

I notice, that it’s already very late.

 

Ist es dir aufgefallen, dass es schon sehr spät ist?

(Is it you struck, that it already very late is?)

Did you notice, that it’s already very late?

 

Ja, es ist mir aufgefallen.

(Yes, it is me struck.)

Yes, I noticed it.

 

Ist es Ihnen aufgefallen?

(Is it you Sir struck?.)

Did you notice it?
