Ich treffe mich mit einem Freund.

(I meet myself with a friend.)

I’ll meet with a friend.

 

Ich treffe mich mit meiner Frau.

(I meet myself with my wife.)

I’ll meet with my wife.

 

Ich treffe mich mit meinen Eltern.

(I meet myself with my parents.)

I’ll meet with my parents.

 

Das ist die Frau, mit der ich mich treffe.

(This is the woman, with whom I myself meet.)

This is the woman with whom I meet.

 

Der Freund, mit dem ich mich treffe, ist John.

(The friend, with whom I myself meet, is John.)

The friend with whom I meet is John.

 

Mit wem hast du dich gestern getroffen?

(With whom have you yourself yesterday met?)

With whom have you met yesterday?
