(I miss never my goals.)
I never miss my goals.
Du hast deine Ziele verfehlt.
(You have your goals missed.)
You missed your goals.
Du hast das Thema in der Prüfung verfehlt.
(You have the topic in the exam missed.)
You missed the topic in the exam.
Ich habe dieses Jahr meine Ziele nicht verfehlt.
(I have this year my goals not missed.)
