(I have my work changed.)
I’ve changed my job.
Ich habe meine Arbeit vor 2 Monaten gewechselt.
(I have my work before 2 months changed.)
I’ve changed my job 2 months ago.
Ich habe meine Arbeit gewechselt, weil wir jetzt in der Schweiz leben.
(I have my work changed, because we now in the Switzerland live.)
I’ve changed my job because now we live in Switzerland.
