Here are some of the sample sentences I go through in the podcast:

 

Nimmst du meinen Vorschlag an?

(Accept you my suggestion?)

Do you accept my suggestion?

 

Ich nehme deinen Vorschlag an.

(I accept your suggestion.)

I accept your suggestion.

 

Ich nehme ihn an.

(I accept him.)

I accept it.

 

Ich nehme ihn nicht an, weil der Vorschlag nicht gut ist.

(I accept him not, because the suggestion not good is.)

I don’t accept it because the suggestion is not good.

 

Warum hast du den Vorschlag nicht angenommen?

(Why have you the suggestion not accepted?)

Why didn’t you accept the suggestion?

 

Ich habe ihn nicht angenommen, weil der Vorschlag nicht gut ist.

(I have him not accepted, because the suggestion not good is.)

I didn’t accept it because the suggestion is not good.
