Ich schneide das Brot mit dem Messer.
(I cut the bread with the knife.)
I’ll cut the bread with the knife.
Hast du den Salat mit einem Messer geschnitten?
(Have you the salat with a knife cut?)
Did you cut the salad with a knife?
Ich habe ihn nicht mit einem Messer geschnitten.
(I have him not with a knife cut.)
I haven’t cut it with a knife.
Hast du das Brot geschnitten?
(Have you the bread cut?)
Did you cut the bread?
Ich habe es noch nicht geschnitten.
(I have it still not cut.)
I didn’t cut it yet.
